Makes me miss secondary school a lot.

I miss sitting next to Phyllis. I miss how we used to stone at the rain outside the classroom window whenever it rains. I miss how she is the only one who will listen to Chinese songs with me. Even up till today, no one else listens to Chinese song as passionately as Phyllis. She is the only one where I can share my favourite Chinese songs with. I miss everyone. I miss everything. I miss my old life.

Next year, it will be like sitting for O levels again, except that this time it will be harder and more stressful. I'm afraid. Afraid of the future. I feel that I'm not prepared to take the A levels, graduate from JC and go into University, when I'm finally an adult. I don't feel like I'm going to be 18 in 8 months time. Everything seems so surreal.

Haven't been blogging in ages.
Not as if anymore cared, I guess no one even read this anymore.

I'm so sick and tired or life. Wondering why I have to live up to all the expectations everyone have on me. Looking around, I see all the people living their lives happily. But beneath these smiles and laughter, how many of them are real? Sometimes I wonder to myself, why isn't there a day where I can truly be free from all these annoying bitches, the stressful life and being afraid, just be a normal girl, running around, just basically being free.

The fragility of life hit me today. It makes me ponder why everyone seems to be living a rigid life, full of expectations.

Im really sick and tired. Im going insane. I don't want to live my life everyday full of sadness. I'm in agony. God, just take my life away...

A quick update before I sleep.

You know how it feels when you were all filled with hopes, inspirations, goals and dreams and someone come telling you to give up and go do something totally different from your goals and dreams. It's as though the whole world came crashing down on you. For a moment, you cannot think properly, but for eternity, you're crushed because what seemed to be a reality now becomes a just one of those "wishful thinking".

Sigh. I will prove people wrong. Dream of the impossible and make it possible.

Taylor Swift concert.
She's awesome, her coming to Singapore to perform is the best day of my entire life :)

After the concert, obviously I suffer from post-concert syndrome.
I keep watching videos of her concert on youtube, this is bad =/

School is driving me nuts.
There's guitar four times a week, piles of homework everyday, weekends are spent doing homework till wee hours.

I still do miss life in IJ, I mean we are so much more bonded and open. Miss sitting next to Phyllis in class playing guess the lyrics, putting our identical but different colour bag side by side, blocking other people's way, and nonetheless, our care bears <3

Hillary went Melbourne to study.
I miss her. I miss her. I miss her. I miss her. I miss her.
I miss how we use to eat hongkong food together almost every week during school holidays, our identical wallets, eating made in candy, annoying laoshi during chinese lessons.
I never knew how much she meant to me until the moment when I saw her walk into the departure gate. It's as though I'm going to lose someone very important in my life.
When I went home and read the letter she wrote to me, I cried buckets.

I guess I'll prolly MIA till I have like free time, or else you know where to find me, facebook or text me :)

Hellos world :D
I'm finally blogging after 12 days :O

Last friday after e.math & chem paper, nat and I went pizza hut to have lunch :D
The service staff was rude and kept ignoring me when I raised my hand for help -.-
Our pizza, drumsticks, and chicken soup came cold, while the table next to us, they only came like 2 mins after us, was pipping hot -.-
The bill came up to $50 LOL, the most expensive pizza hut I've ever eaten WITH a bad service.
We wanted to fill up the feedback form but the person took a zillion years to take a feedback form.
This just shows how bad their service is yeah?
I bet they couldn't find a proper feedback form for us to fill in -.-

Monday, after a.math paper, it was FREEEEDOM ^^
Went to eat fondue at hagen dazs, it costs $50 too -.-

Went Universal Studios with her :D
Ate at vivo's burger king before we took RSW8 into the underground carpark of resort world hahas.
The whole bus was filled with like old people going into the casino -.-

Bought tickets for Universal Studios and it started to rain :(
Nevertheless, we ran to the ancient egypt section :D
Sat the "revenge of the mummy" indoor roller-coaster.
It was damn scary okay, the walk-in to the ride was scary enough, the walk is like damn long -.-
The ride was even horrid, there were like ups and downs and the roller coaster moving backwards and etc, basically, it's just damn scary.
For the whole time I was shutting my eyes and squeezing Hillary's hand :X sorry babe!
Came up and Hillary suggested sitting again.
This time we sat the ride all by ourselves because there wasn't anyone else in the queue. This time, it's even scarier okay because there were only two of us going into the tunnel -.-

The next ride we took was the "treasure hunters".
It was some kiddy ride where you drive a car along the track.
Went back to take our bags from the lockers and met Mervelle, hehes.

Next section that we went was "Far far away".
Sat the "Enchanted Airways".
It was a mini-roller coaster, but still it was scary enough for me to shut my eyes because the turns was very steep, and the ride lasted for barely 30 seconds LOL.
Took our belongings and while we were walking out, the staff said "byebye" and we walked into the queue again, and he gave us the o.O look hahahas.
So, we took the "Enchanted Airways" for the second time again :X

We proceeded to "The Lost World" after that.
Sat the dino-soarin, another kiddy ride where the vehicle you're sitting in flies up the sky when you press the button in the middle.

We went for lunch after that at the Discovery Food Court.
The food there is super expensive -.-
A set of chicken rice with regular coke is $12.80 :O

Hillary and her Nasi Lemak which cost her $11+, she's shocked at the price of her food, hehees :X

After lunch, we went back to "Far far away" for Shrek 4-D adventure.
It's like a cinema theatre with seats that have special effects, i.e. in the movie when Donkey is galloping, your seat goes up and down. When donkey sneezes, water from the seat sprays onto you etc.
I realised I watched this before when I went Perth -.-

Sat the King Julien's Beach Party-Go-Round.
It's basically a carousel (:

After which we went back to "the lost world" for Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure.
It's like a boat ride which ends by sliding down a slide and end up getting you wet.
The seat that we sat on got us medium wet, whereas the small little boy and his family got soaked wet while the person on the other side didn't get wet at all -.-

Sat the canopy flyer after that. A ride which is a suspended roller coaster.
Hillary kept talking to me throughout the ride while I ignored her because I was too scared to talk to her hahhas -.-

Sat the dino-soarin again for another two times because there wasn't any queue at all.

After which we went on the Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure again.
This time, we were the ones who got soaked from head to toe, luckily we did not because of the poncho we were wearing :D

Went to watch WaterWorld after that.
It's a super nice performance :D

When the show finishes, it started to rain cats and dogs.
Hillary wanted to sit the revenge of the mummy again so we went back to the ancient egypt section. I waited for her inside the store while she went to sit the ride by herself.

Went to the New York section and watched Lights,Camera,Action!
They show us how a "hurricane" in New York was being flimed, with the props moving here and there, glass shattering and the place bursting into flames right in front of our own eyes.

After that we left Universal Studios, shopped at the HUGE Hershey's store and we bought a bear and the souvenir store :D

After 4 years of guitar, it ended yesterday.
It was just that quick 2 hours + and the whole concert ended. That was the last time I am going to play my 01/05 school guitar and poof, there goes my "husband" who has been with me for 3 years :(

Yesteday's concert was awesome.

Omg ! I had a nightmare :o I dreamt that we had social studies, English and science O level papers in June and when the results came back, I got like 2 points for English paper 1 & 2 seperately.
Yes I know the grading system is not like this but it is in my dream :o
oh yeah and I got 9 points for SS(so where's geog?) -.-
apparently the markers did not finish marking our papers and our science marks were not given to us.
Gosh, is this a prediction for my O's or it's just a post-effect from the car accident? -.-

Self-awareness camp from friday to saturday.
I had a fun time, learning to be aware of myself and the people in 4/6.
Well, now that I know my bad points, it's time to change! :D

Choon and I rushed to the male toilet to realize that there was no one while everyone were like queuing up at the female toilet, so we went back to the dorm to ask Ms Nander whether we could bathe at the male toilet and she said it's all ours :D
Soooo, we rushed into the male toilet, closed the door and choon realized she forgot to bring her towel, so I came out of the cubicle and guarded her cubicle. When she came back, I realize I forgot to bring something too so she guarded my cubicle for me.
We were like putting the soap and shampoo at the wall that is dividing our cubicles as we agreed beforehand that PCBJK will use the soap and shampoo that I bring :D

After bathing, prepared supper (milo with biscuits) with the food comm people :D
Went to bed at 11pm+.
Oh and Mrs Low wears a hello kitty with flowers nightgown, so cute can! :D
Sleeping order : kahhui, jiele, me, choonkhee, phyllis.
Kahhui, choonkhee and phyllis fell asleep immediately la -.-
Jiele and I were so high, then we decided to play a prank on kahhui.
We slap her lightly on her face, shake her, tap her, shake her tigger and she did not wake up at all -.-
So jiele went "kahhui, 5.30 already, hurry wake up"
Then she didn't really move at all, therefore jiele asked me to say "kahhui, 5.30 already, time to make breakfast!"
And she woke up hahahhahahhas.
Can you believe it she got tricked ! HAHAHAHAS !
So 3 of us couldn't sleep, -.-
We went to the washroom, came back and was damn high and played around.
I couldn't take it and went to sleep in the end while jiele and kahhui were still down there fooling around.
Those two sickos, don't even know what they do to me while I was sleeping lor, pfft!
I only remembered them putting the tigger on me in the morning and saying what it couldn't roll down cos my boobs were in the way.

Woke up at 6am to prepare food for the class while the rest of them could sleep till 6.45 :(
(Now I know the bad point of being in food comm LOL jk :P)
Had morning exercise and played double wacko, then did solutions to class problems to help us move our L1R5 grade and had the sharing of your opinions of this person, you know the circle circle thing where you move around, yeah that one :)
Had tea break after that and packing of our dorms, then we did evaluation then home sweet home :D

Went to bishan library to have geog project meeting with PCBJK.
Finally finished everyone, okay not really but 80% of it within one day ! :D
Had dinner after that and went plaza sing with choon to get some stuff.

Went to Ikea tampines and Giant megastore for the first time in my life.

Holidays were spent doing CIP with Julyn, watching the television and finish doing x'mas cards and of course, knitting (:

Watched New Moon with choon today.
The sound system is loud.

Went Food Fest Asia 09 at Expo yesterday with choon :D

Food was delicious :D
The people there were even more delicious :X
Hehs, as in omg the guys are freaking hot HAHAHHAHAS.
OKAY CHOON ALSO AGREE WITH ME LOR :D
We kept walking past the Owl stall and the industry stall because the guys there were damn hot, and literally hot as in super hot :X
Okay enough of guys :D

Went to the John Little mega expo sale after that, it was at expo too :D
Bought ripples flip flops which only cost $4.90 :O
That's super cheap because a usual ripples flip flop cost like $15+.
Choon was having a hard time deciding whether to buy the white one or the black one hehs.

Trained to Ion Orchard after that to buy flats :D
Went to the Rubi shop ^^
Choon had a hard time choosing between the flats she like or to look at other flats.
Hahas, the one she liked had only one left for her size, furthermore, it was a bit scratched below, so she was walking up and down at the store deciding whether to buy the flats or not, but in the end she bought :D

I realized it's been a long time since I blogged hahas.

Went Bird Park with Hillary yesterday.
She said she wanted to take lots of pictures of birds, but realized her camera ran out of battery after she went there, hahas -.-
Took pictures with my camera instead. (ps, no pictures will be posted since I left the camera in the car hohoho :X)
Okay seriously, the place stinks + the weather was so freaking hot, they expect us to climb up some hill or what just to see birds -.-
Starved ourselves till lunch because the food there was seriously expensive, like $3 for a bottle of coke, where it only costs $1+ outside? -.-
Went dobby ghaut to eat our favourite hongkong food again :D
I bet the people recognised us already hahahahhahas.
Wanted to sign up for the membership but hillary didn't dare to ask the waitress of assistance LOL.

Went Hillary's house yesterday.
Met choon at tpy interchange, saw 157 coming into the interchange and we ran towards it, BUT it didn't wait for us, so we ran to the first bus stop it would go, BUT there was no sign of the bus, so we took 88 to the golf course in bishan and took 74 to her house :D
There were so many hot guys in the bus ! :D :D :D

It rained on the way there but when we reached her house's busstop, it was only drizzling, so we walked the looong way into her house.

3) 28 days later (watched halfway)
4) Drag Me to Hell
5) The 7pm show on channel 55
6) The 8pm show on channel 55

In total, we watched 6 shows and we sat on the couch for 7 hours :P

Being brave us, we walked all the way out from her house to the busstop to take 74 home.
And yes, choon and I felt a presence behind us while walking so we took damn fast to walk out hahhahahahs -.-
But we damn macho canzxzxz, we dare to walk out after watching ghost movies for like the 3rd time :D

Went Science Centre with choonkhee and hillary yesterday :D
Had breakfast at Macs and trained to Jurong East, then took bus 355 to Science Centre :D
Went to see the "Bodyworks" exhibition.
OMG, I think I will never dare to eat pig trotters or whatever ever again.
Saw the human anatomy and a day 1 - 9 months baby :O

When I saw the deer anatomy, I feel like crying :S
It looked so sad :S
At the exit, there was a book for you to leave your comments, then we three left comments.

Went cycling at pasir ris park again with choonkhee, jiele and kahhhui.
OKAY I'M SO SORRY TO CHOONKHEE :(
Smart-aleck me thought I am able to maneuver the bike and attempted to take a turn at the bend, but knowing from the past experiences that I can never succeed taking a turn at the bend without stopping, and yeah, I fell into the curb and I got flung out of the bike and choonkhee got stuck under the bike. Sorry darling :(
She bleed, omg I feel so guilty :(
I no no amount of "sorrys" will make up for what I did, so for as long as the wounds are there, I will feel guilty :(

After that, grabbed a drink at 7-11 again and went bowling at orchid bowl at the E!Hub :)

Exams are finally over :D

After chem paper today, went macs to eat breakfast with choon, jiele and kahhui.
Then then then !
When we were taking the escalator down at the hdb hub, a woman was asking for directions so I answered her, totally forgetting to tie my shoelace.
When I reached the end of the escalator, I lifted up my leg and realised that it was stuck.
I kept on pulling and pulling hahhas -.-
Then I thought it was jiele or kahhui stepping on my shoelace, I wanted to shout to them "AH STOP STEPPING ON MY SHOELACE".
When I looked down, my shoelace got caught in the escalator -.-
Then kahhui was like walking up the escalator for idon'tknowwhatreason hahas -.-
I think she was trying to help in some way or another hahhahs :O
That two chaoahlian kahhui and jiele down there laugh and laugh until their stomach hurts -.-
Only choon didn't laugh lor, so nice of her hahahas. just kidding (:
Luckily a kind man who was on the escalator helped me and pulled my shoelace out for me.

hehes, when we were taking photo, a man popped into our photo and he was looking into the camera HAHAHHAS, it is damn funny, seriously hahas.

Met choon and ate pepper lunch for lunch, then we walked around amk hub because we were too sian to do homework, then we went macs to drink hot chocolate, when we were supposed to study.

Mostly doing geog hols hw and watching tv for the past few nights :P

I officially have A LOT A LOT of funny and interesting thing to post about, but every time I come back from school, I just can't seem to remember any of them. -.-

Ohwells, last day of CCA today.
I'll miss playing the guitar for a month and seeing the guitar instructors for a month :(
We still have to wait for another one more month before we can come together as an ensemble and play again :/

Went to watch "where got ghost" with kahhui,jiele and phyllis yesterday :)
After that was movies, supposed to be sleepover, at hillary's house :D
hahas, there was this woman who was like leaning on the bell of the bus and hillary poked the woman and the woman didn't respond hahahhahs. Omg I think the bus ride was retarded xD
Anyway, watched "Haunting in connecticut" and "connection" at her house :D
That two gays, hahahs, was so freaked out by the "haunting in connecticut" movie that they screamed and requested me to mute the tv -.-
I guess it is because I'm sitting in the middle, that's why the surround sound doesn't really affect me that much.

Walked out of hillary' house at 11.30pm.

It's the 1 week september holidays babe ! ♥

It's only 10hours+ since I last saw 3/6 '09 and I'm missing many people
School was mundane this whole week.
Except for the fact that we watched 'King Lear' during English lessons.
I think the Edmund/Edgar damn cuteeeee, reminds me of that guitar instructor :P
Sometimes I wonder what's the use of holidays?
Since everyone calls it "holiday", dictionary's defination of "holiday" is :

1. a day fixed by law or custom on which ordinary business is suspended in commemoration of some event or in honor of some person.
2. any day of exemption from work (distinguished from working day ).
3. a time or period of exemption from any requirement, duty, assessment, etc.: New businesses may be granted a one-year tax holiday.
4. a religious feast day; holy day, esp. any of several usually commemorative holy days observed in Judaism.
5. Sometimes, holidays. Chiefly British. a period of cessation from work or one of recreation; vacation.
6. an unintentional gap left on a plated, coated, or painted surface.

Since it's supposed to be exemption from work, why do we still have tons of homework when they expect us to go back to school for so many days for CCA/extra lessons.
If this is the case, I rather have school everyday than 1 week holiday because "5days of school homework" ≠ "1week of holiday homework".
It's more like "5days of school homework" < "1week of holiday homework" (: Yesyes I know EOYs are coming, but still, how can we finish so much homework in just 1 week - 3days of CCA - 1/2 days of rest = 2/3 days of studying?! -.-

The drowsiness of my cough medicine is setting in.
How I wish, I could just lie on the bed and fall asleep, and never wake up...

School was fun today :)
Except for the fact that lessons resume after mass and celebration -.-
Anyway, I bet I'm the noisiest in the whole hall.
I kept coughing like a "lao ah ma" (according to choon)
Hahas, I sacrificed my dental appointment to see the doctor.
Regret doing so, now I have to stick to having two holes in my teeth until saturday -.-

I JUST REALISED NEW MOON COMES OUT ON 3rd DECEMBER IN SINGAPORE !

Watched "where got ghost?"
Hahas, omg it's scary & humorous.
So the humor sort of relaxes you from the scariness.
We were like jumping and screaming and having spasms during the movie.

I think this short story is very inspirational :)

It was the night before Christmas, I hurried to go to the supermarket to buy the remaining gifts I didn't manage to buy earlier. When I saw all the people there, I started to complain to myself: 'It is going to take forever here and I still have so many other places to go...'

'Christmas really is getting more and more annoying every year. How I wish I could just lie down, go to sleep and only wake up after it...'

Nonetheless, I made my way to the toy section, and there I started to curse the prices, wondering if the kids really play with such expensive toys. While looking in the toy section, I noticed a small boy of about 5 years old, pressing a doll against his chest. He kept on touching the hair of the doll and looked so sad. I wondered who this doll was for. Then the little boy turned to the old woman next to him: 'Granny, are you sure I don't have enough money?'

The old lady replied: 'You know that you don't have enough money to buy this doll, my dear.'

Then she asked him to stay here for 5 minutes while she went to look around. She left quickly.The little boy was still holding the doll in his hand. Finally, I started to walk toward him and I asked him who he wanted to give this doll to.

'It is the doll that my sister loved most and wanted so much for this Christmas. She was so sure that Santa Claus would bring it to her.'

I replied to him that maybe Santa Claus will bring it to her, after all, and not to worry. But he replied to me sadly. 'No, Santa Claus can not bring it to her where she is now. I have to give the doll to my mother so that she can give it to her when she goes there.'

His eyes were so sad while saying this. 'My sister has gone to be with God. Daddy says that Mommy will also go to see God very soon, so I thought that she could bring the doll with her to give it to my sister'

My heart nearly stopped. The little boy looked up at me and said: 'I told daddy to tell mommy not to go yet. I asked him to wait until I come back from the supermarket'

Then he showed me a very nice photo of him where he was laughing. He then told me: 'I also want mommy to take this photo with her so that she will not forget me.' I love my mommy and I wish she doesn't have to leave me but daddy says that she has to go to be with my sister. Then he looked again at the doll with sad eyes, very quietly.

I quickly reached for my wallet and took a few notes and said to the boy. 'What if we checked again, just in case you have enough money?' 'Ok' he said. 'I hope that I have enough.'I added some of my money to his without him seeing and we started to count it. There was enough for the doll, and even some spare money.

The little boy said: Thank you God for giving me enough money' Then he looked at me and added: 'I asked yesterday before I slept for God to make sure I have enough money to buy this doll so that mommy can give it to my sister. He heard me' 'I also wanted to have enough money to buy a white rose for my mommy, but I didn't dare to ask God for too much. But He gave me enough to buy the doll and the white rose.' 'You know, my mommy loves white roses'

A few minutes later, the old lady came again and I left. I finished my shopping in a totally different state from when I started. I couldn't get the little boy out of my mind.

Then I remembered a local newspaper article 2 days ago, which mentioned a drunk man in a truck who hit a car where there was one young lady and a little girl. The little girl died right away, and the mother was left in a critical state. The family had to decide whether to pull the plug on the life-assisting machine, because the young lady would not be able to come out of the coma.

Was this the family of the little boy?

Two days after this encounter with the little boy, I read in the newspaper that the young lady had passed away.

I couldn't stop myself and went to buy a bunch of white roses and I went to the mortuary where the body of the young woman was for people to see and make a last wish before burial.

She was there, in her coffin, holding a beautiful white rose in her hand with the photo of the little boy and the doll placed over her chest.

I left the place crying, feeling that my life had been changed forever.

The love that this little boy had for his mother and his sister is still, to this day, hard to imagine.

And in a fraction of a second, a drunken driver had taken all this away from him.

Most people were damn high and singing along to the national day songs.

We bathed in school and went to vivocity to watch Ice Age 3 3D, wanted to watch harry potter but the only seats left were the front rows :(
Jielelaaa hor, say the tickets $13, damn ex, so she must watch throughout the show, but who knows in the end she feel asleep lor, tsktsk.
Ate lunch at long john silver and went to the playground to play.
I fell down that spinning thingy then kahhui and choonkhee down there luaghing like siao :(
Then we headed to watch the movie, it was nice, since it's 3D, there's the glasses and everyone look so cool, like secret agents :D
After movie, we went skypark to play with the water & slack & play with the waters :D
It was super duper fun, I enjoyed the skypark thing the most :)
Went Ben and Jerry's to eat after that, I treated everyone ice cream :D
